AAbout

A commercial glazing pricing authority built around systems expertise.

North Jersey Glazing scopes and prices storefront, curtain wall, entry doors and facade weatherproofing across northern and central New Jersey, in both European-style and American-style aluminum systems.

Positioning

What the brand is organized around.

Six operating positions that determine how projects are scoped and priced.

01Systems, not products
The work is aluminum framing systems and the assemblies around them — anchors, thermal breaks, gaskets, pressure plates, sealant joints and hardware. The scope is defined by how the assembly performs against wind, water, heat flow and movement, not by a catalog page. That framing is what lets a specification be answered on its merits instead of substituted around.
02Commercial and institutional only
Office, retail, industrial conversion, medical, education and multifamily base buildings. No residential window replacement, no glass shop retail work. Every project is scoped and priced against drawings, a schedule and a specification, with a general contractor, owner's representative, architect or facility manager on the other side of the conversation.
03European and American systems both
Most of the region's building stock is framed in standard American profiles — captured glazing, snap-on stops, poured-and-debridged breaks. A growing share of design work calls for European-style narrow sightlines with multi-chamber polyamide isolators and insulated pressure plates. Covering both means system selection stays a design and performance decision rather than a limitation of one supplier catalog.
04Shop-first assumptions
Wherever the project allows it, pricing assumes fabrication and glazing on a shop floor under controlled conditions, so the building sees setting rather than assembly. That assumption is what makes occupied-building schedules realistic, and it is stated explicitly in every proposal.
05One region, covered properly
Northern and central New Jersey. Staying inside that footprint keeps labor, equipment and swing-stage rigging costs predictable, which is what makes sequenced work — bay per night, floor per week — something a proposal can hold to instead of an aspiration.
06Proposals, not sales calls
The only action on this site is a proposal request. Submit drawings, elevations, a hardware schedule or a written description of the condition, and the response comes back as scope and next steps. There is no contact form, no phone tree and no gatekeeping — the project information is the conversation.

Systems capability

Two framing traditions, one installation discipline.

European-style slim-sightline aluminum framing on a commercial facade

European-style systems

Narrow face widths, flush exterior planes, multi-chamber polyamide isolators and insulated pressure plates. Specified where sightline is an architectural requirement or where condensation resistance and assembly U-factor have to reach beyond what standard profiles deliver.

American-style aluminum storefront framing with captured glazing

American-style systems

Captured glazing with snap-on stops, poured-and-debridged or polyamide breaks, and the profile widths most of the region's existing stock was built with. The right answer for matching existing conditions, for cost-driven scopes and for the majority of code-compliance paths.
